Through our work together, we'll meet once per week to make sure you're not just succeeding at onboarding, but exceeding the expectations of your manager and teammates.

Ideally, start before your first day or within your first week. However, if you're already a few weeks in and feeling overwhelmed, it's not too late. We can adapt the program to meet you where you are.
How is this different from 1:1 coaching?

What does "round-the-clock availability" mean?
For emergent situations that require quick guidance—like an unexpected conflict, a high-stakes meeting, or a critical decision—you'll have access to reach out for support between our weekly sessions.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes! Many companies have L&D (Learning & Development) or Personal Development budgets for employees. I can provide documentation and work with you to help secure sponsorship from your employer.
What if I need to extend beyond 3 months?
At the end of the program, we'll review your progress and discuss next steps. If you'd like to continue working together, we can transition to standard 1:1 coaching or create a custom package.
